The Journey Toward Invincibility

After thirty years of professional experience, and the last four leading this platform dedicated to teaching negotiation, today I feel the need to take one step further and continue accompanying the professionals and teams I have trained — beyond programmes and practical coaching.
That is why we are launching our new blog at neXpertos — a space dedicated to continuous learning and negotiation mastery.

What we offer is not taught in schools, nor at universities, nor even in most companies. We give you the key to your potential: the one that opens the door to your power. A door that only you can open yourself. No one can open it for you. Some will show you the lock, others the key, but only you can turn it.

Teaching is useless without someone to accompany you through the process. I am fascinated by accompanying professionals as they discover the power that lies within them. That is why the time has come to share it with those who have decided to walk this path with us; those who know that mastery begins within.

I have so many things to share
  • I have seen things others would not believe.
  • I have seen agreements born from silence, not from words.
  • I have seen looks more precise than a contract, and gestures capable of changing the course of an entire negotiation.
  • I have seen fear disguised as authority, and false calm betraying what words tried to deny.

All of this happens in a place few dare to enter: the negotiator’s mind.
It is not a land of certainties, but of perceptions.
There, every intuition is a coordinate, every emotion a data point, every pause a move.
Negotiation is not about convincing: it is about reading the invisible map of the other mind, without losing the direction of your own.

And to achieve this, it is not enough to know the guidelines: it is necessary to practise every day, until negotiation skills become reflex, until technique merges with awareness.
Only then does one begin to become the negotiation master they always wanted to be.

In the end every negotiator goes through the same journey
  • first, they week to win,
  • then, they seek to understand,
  • and only at the end do they realise that true power is not outside, but within.

Thirty years later, I continue on this journey toward invincibility.
I have learned that the most difficult mastery is not over others, but over oneself.

Invincibility lies within oneself; vulnerability lies in the opponent.
Therefore, skilled warriors can make themselves invincible,
but they cannot make their opponents vulnerable
(Sun Tzu)

This is what we believe in: the art and science of that negotiation journey.

Let us accompany you. We will continue sharing the keys of the neXpertos Power Model, analysing new situations and offering inspiration at every step. Because the path of wisdom never ends.
